What is The Mentoring

Program?

The Mentoring Program is a free 12 week e-mentoring program that aims to ensure that talented youth from under-served communities have access to all the skills, knowledge and resources that anyone else in the world would have.

We do this by matching students with accomplished professionals from around the globe, who act as mentors. Mentors draw from their experiences to impart the skills and resources students need to maximize their potential.

Mentors will help students with the following

1. English communication skills (how to be a clear and concise speaker)
2. Presentation skills (how to develop a compelling story and speak confidently in groups)
3. General career and life guidance (how to network, how to interview, how to use LinkedIn)

With students coming from all types of educational backgrounds, it’s critical that mentors are patient and clear communicators
